Across the SADC region, national CX associations and professional training institutes have each been building standards, training practitioners and pushing organizations to serve customers better — largely in isolation. SACXC exists to change that: one regional council, member-governed, coordinating standards, accreditation support, research and advocacy — while every member keeps its independence.
